Slurry transport lines

Pipeline systems for slurry transport are usually designed large dimensions. In order to be able to transport the quite viscous slurry in the free fall, it is necessary to resort to dimensions between DN 400 and 600 mm.

Due to the large volume, increased attention must be paid to the tightness of the pipe. The technical rules for substances hazardous to water DEWA-A 792 (TRwS 792) apply.

Like all systems in the JGS area, these lines must also be reliably welded or bonded.

With the IP-plus welding system, all joints of the KG 2000 pipe system according to DIN EN 14758 and Wavin ACARO- PP SN 10/SN12 according to DIN EN 1852 can be welded quickly, reliably and cost-effectively.
